I am a pediatric sleep specialist dedicated to cultivating independent sleepers and empowering their families.

More About Jamie

My firstborn was the greatest gift amidst a global pandemic, but her {lack of} sleep completely rocked my world. I spent every contact nap and many sleepless nights obsessed with reading the books, guides and articles that were supposed to help get my baby on a schedule and sleeping through the night. But, why was nothing working? Each day became more defeating than the next.

I ultimately enlisted the help of a sleep consultant. She supported us in teaching our daughter how to sleep independently, and along the way, I fell in love with the process. I finally had time to drink my iced-coffee and wash bottles without interruption after a good night’s rest. I was slowly coming back to life, and the experience opened my eyes to the impact of 1-1 coaching.

After successfully helping friends sleep train their new babies and becoming fueled by this newfound passion, I took a risk on myself before welcoming another little girl to the world. I left my full time job to become certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and made this my life’s “work”.

  • Sleep Consulting is working one-to-one with a certified sleep expert to establish a healthy foundation and a consistent schedule for your child. This means supporting parents through the process of teaching a child independent seep skills - how to put themselves to sleep, and back to sleep, on their own. I work with clients to get their child on an age-appropriate daytime schedule, taking solid and predictable crib naps and sleeping through the night.
